DHFL Home loan Grievance Policy for Existing Customers
- First, you have to call the dhfl home loan toll free number (1800 3000 191). Make sure to keep your loan application number handy while calling them. This is the first thing they are going to ask from you. Alternatively, you can also call the branch manager of city by dialing your branch number
- If you are not satisfied with their customer care, you can Email the nodal officer at nodalofficer@dhfl.com
- If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by Nodal Officer, you can email the DHFL CEO at ceo@dhfl.com
