- If you are not satisfied with the customer care, you can contact the appellate authority. You have to provide the unique docket number provided to you by customer care in order to get a suitable help from the appellate authority
- Make sure to place an appeal within 30 days after the expiry of the complain resolution time limit provided to you by tikona customer care executive. Also, do note that you have to place a complaint within 90 days after it
- Upon the submission of complaint by appellate, a unique docket number will be send to your email id along with important details covering the time limit and other things to be done
